TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ReadyProNow platform (“Platform”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable Platform agreements and policies.

2. Platform Role
ReadyProNow is a technology marketplace that connects clients with independent contractors.

ReadyProNow:
• Does not perform services
• Does not supervise or control contractors
• Does not guarantee quality, outcomes, licensing, or insurance

All services are performed independently by Contractors.

3. User Accounts
You agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain account security
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

ReadyProNow may suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion.

4. Bookings & Services
• Bookings are requests, not guarantees
• Contractors independently accept and perform services
• Clients must provide accurate job details and safe access to the property

5. Payments
You pay ReadyProNow for the initial visit. You pay the Contractor directly for any additional work.

5.1 Initial Service Call (Platform Payment)
Clients agree that the initial service call fee is paid through the ReadyProNow Platform at the time of booking or confirmation.

ReadyProNow:
• Processes this payment
• Facilitates payout to the Contractor after the service visit

5.2 Additional Work (Direct Payment)
Any work beyond the initial service call:
• Must be approved by the Client in advance
• Is paid directly to the Contractor unless otherwise specified

5.3 Contractor Fees & Platform Charges
Contractors agree that use of the Platform may include:
• Per-contact or lead access fees
• Service-based fees (e.g., percentage of additional work)
• Subscription or membership fees

All applicable fees:
• Are disclosed within the Platform
• May be updated from time to time
• Are automatically charged

By using the Platform, Contractors agree to all applicable fees and authorize ReadyProNow to charge such fees.

6. Cancellations & No-Shows
• Minimum 24-hour notice required for cancellations
• Late cancellations may be charged
• Failure to provide property access may result in full charge

7. Refunds & Disputes
• Service call fees are non-refundable once the Contractor arrives
• Complaints must be submitted within 48 hours
• ReadyProNow may assist in dispute resolution but is not responsible for outcomes

8. Non-Circumvention
Users agree not to bypass the Platform to avoid fees.
Contractors may not engage in direct/off-platform work with Platform-generated clients for a period of one (1) month from initial contact.

9. Limitation of Liability
ReadyProNow is not liable for:
• Contractor services or performance
• Property damage or personal injury
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

CONTRACTOR TERMS

This section summarizes key Contractor obligations. Full Contractor Agreements and Platform Policies also apply.

1. Independent Contractor Status
You operate as an independent business and are not an employee, partner, or agent of ReadyProNow.

2. Platform Fees & Subscription
You agree that use of the Platform may include:
• Per-contact (lead unlock) fees
• Percentage-based fees on additional work
• Monthly or recurring subscription/membership fees

All fees:
• Are disclosed within the Platform
• May be updated with notice
• Are automatically charged and non-refundable

By using the Platform, Contractors agree to all applicable fees.

3. Payment Flow Acknowledgment
You acknowledge and agree that:
• Initial service call payments are processed through the Platform
• Additional work is typically paid directly to you by the Client
• Platform fees apply regardless of how payment is collected

4. Insurance & Compliance
You must maintain:
• Minimum $2,000,000 liability insurance
• All required licenses, certifications, and regulatory compliance

Proof must be provided upon request.

5. Additional Work Reporting
All additional work generated through Platform leads must be reported accurately within the Platform.

Failure to report constitutes a breach of this agreement.

6. Audit Rights
ReadyProNow reserves the right to request:
• Job records
• Invoices
• Proof of completed work

7. Late Payments & Enforcement
• Unpaid balances may incur 2% monthly interest
• Accounts may be sent to collections
• Legal action may be pursued if necessary

8. Personal Guarantee
You remain personally responsible for all fees and obligations, regardless of business structure.

9. Non-Circumvention
You may not engage in direct or off-platform work with Platform-generated clients for one (1) month from initial contact.

PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy section is a summary only. Full privacy practices and disclosures may apply.

1. Information We Collect
We may collect:
• Name, phone number, and email
• Location and device data
• Payment and billing information
• Platform usage data

2. How We Use Information
We use data to:
• Match clients with contractors
• Operate and improve the Platform
• Process payments and enforce agreements
• Communicate with users

3. Information Sharing
We may share information with:
• Contractors and clients (to facilitate services)
• Payment processors
• Service providers supporting Platform operations

We do not sell personal data.

4. Data Ownership & Platform Rights
ReadyProNow retains rights to:
• Platform-generated data
